1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context otherwise requires:

2.1  To register and use the arus4d platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your account remains active:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. arus4d strictly prohibits underage gambling and will terminate any account found to be operated by a person under 21.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling exclusion register applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person, and you must not share your account with any other individual.
• You must not be a current or former employee, officer, or close family member of an employee or officer of arus4d or any of its affiliated entities.

2.2  arus4d primarily serves players located in Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so does not violate any applicable law. You acknowledge that online gambling occupies a legally ambiguous position in Indonesia and that you bear sole responsibility for determining whether your use of this platform complies with the laws applicable to you.

2.3  arus4d reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

3. Account Registration

3.1  Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the arus4d platform. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. arus4d reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances, including Bonus Funds, in such cases.

3.2  During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and Indonesian mobile phone number. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

3.3  You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. arus4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

3.4  If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify arus4d support immediately at [email protected]. arus4d may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation.

3.5  arus4d reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons, at its sole discretion.

4. KYC Verification

4.1  arus4d is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) for all active accounts, particularly prior to processing withdrawal requests. You agree to cooperate fully with these verification procedures.

4.2  KYC documentation typically required includes:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, unaltered copy of a government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months showing your full name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Documentation confirming ownership of the bank account used for deposits or withdrawals (e.g., a copy of your bank passbook cover page or account statement).

4.3  arus4d may also request a selfie photograph alongside your identity document, or additional documentation if required by its compliance and licensing obligations.

4.4  Failure to complete KYC verification within the time period specified by arus4d support may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure. Any balance in a closed account that fails KYC may be subject to forfeiture in accordance with applicable regulations.

4.5  All KYC documentation is handled in accordance with arus4d's Privacy Policy.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1  Deposits. arus4d accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfer through BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, and Bank Permata. All deposits must be made from a bank account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned where identifiable.

5.2  Minimum deposit amounts, maximum deposit limits, and processing times vary by payment method. Current information is published on the platform's payment information page. Deposits are generally credited to your account within moments of the transaction being confirmed, though processing times may vary during high-volume periods.

5.3  Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account registered in your own name, matching the details held on your arus4d account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum single withdrawal limits are displayed on the platform's payment page.
• Withdrawals processed during standard business hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 WIB) are typically completed fastest. Withdrawals submitted outside these hours are queued and processed at the next available opportunity.
• arus4d reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before releasing any withdrawal.

5.4  arus4d does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank may apply its own transaction charges. arus4d is not responsible for fees levied by third-party financial institutions.

5.5  Any deposit that cannot be matched to a registered account will be held pending investigation and may be returned to the originating account. arus4d will not be liable for funds lost due to incorrect transfer details provided by the User.

5.6  Currency. All transactions on the arus4d platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). arus4d does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required is the sole responsibility of the User.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1  arus4d may from time to time offer Bonus Funds, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.

6.2  Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying games will be specified in the promotion's individual terms.

6.3  Bonus Funds may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash without meeting wagering requirements, or used in conjunction with other promotions unless specifically permitted.

6.4  arus4d reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In such cases, any Bonus Funds already credited and not yet subject to met wagering requirements may be removed from the Player's account.

6.5  Abuse of bonus systems — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, the use of low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or coordinated bonus exploitation — will result in the cancellation of all Bonus Funds, forfeiture of any winnings derived from those funds, and may result in permanent account closure.

6.6  arus4d's promotional calendar may reference Indonesian cultural and sporting occasions — including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day, Nyepi, and major sporting events such as BRI Liga 1 fixtures and Timnas Indonesia international matches — but the availability of such promotions is not guaranteed and is subject to arus4d's sole discretion.

7. Betting & Game Rules

7.1  All bets and wagers placed on the arus4d platform are final once confirmed. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all selections, stake amounts, and bet types before confirmation. arus4d will not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in limited circumstances at its sole discretion.

7.2  arus4d offers sports betting markets including football (bandar bola — sports bookmaker services), covering domestic competition such as BRI Liga 1, and international tournaments including the EPL, Champions League, La Liga, Serie A, and Bundesliga. Additional markets include badminton, e-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, Free Fire, PUBG Mobile), MotoGP, volleyball, and basketball.

7.3  Lottery products including togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) operate according to the published draw schedules and result verification procedures for each respective market (e.g., Togel Singapore, Togel Hongkong, Togel Sydney). Results are final as declared by the relevant draw authority.

7.4  In the event of a technical failure, network disruption, or system error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, arus4d reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return stakes to the Player's account. arus4d's decision in such matters is final.

7.5  arus4d prohibits the use of any automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or gain an unfair advantage on the platform. Accounts found to be using such methods will be suspended pending investigation and may be permanently closed with balances forfeited.

7.6  Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and game types. Current limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1  arus4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of tools to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity. Details of all available tools are published on our Responsible Gaming page.

8.2  Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and cooling-off periods at any time by contacting customer support or through the account settings interface where available. Requests to increase existing limits will be subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect.

8.3  Self-exclusion requests — whether for a defined period or permanently — will be actioned within 24 hours of a confirmed written request to [email protected]. During the self-exclusion period, the Player's account will be suspended and no marketing communications will be sent.

8.4  The arus4d platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and over. If you believe you may have a problem with gambling, we encourage you to seek help immediately and to use our self-exclusion tools without delay.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1  All content on the arus4d platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game graphics, user interface design, software code, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of arus4d or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

9.2  You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the arus4d platform without prior written permission from arus4d.

9.3  Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is subject to their applicable licence terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1  To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, arus4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including without limitation any loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

10.2  arus4d's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3  arus4d makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

10.4  arus4d shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, banking system failures, natural disasters, government actions, or force majeure events.

11. Account Termination

11.1  Termination by the Player. You may close your account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal of your real-money balance (excluding unmet Bonus Funds) will be processed in accordance with Clause 5.

11.2  Termination by arus4d. arus4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — and withhold or forfeit associated balances — in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration or KYC information;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
• Use of automated software, bots, or exploitative betting strategies;
• Chargebacks, disputed transactions, or payment fraud;
• Any conduct that arus4d reasonably considers harmful to the platform, other Players, or the integrity of its Services.

11.3  Where arus4d closes an account due to regulatory compliance requirements or to protect the integrity of the platform, legitimate real-money balances (net of any Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player following completion of applicable verification procedures.

12. Governing Law

12.1  arus4d operates under an internationally recognized gaming licence. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which arus4d holds its operating licence.

12.2  Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through arus4d's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized international arbitration body, as designated by arus4d. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.

12.3  Nothing in this clause shall limit arus4d's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

13. Amendments to These Terms

13.1  arus4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, arus4d will notify registered Players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

13.2  The most current version of these Terms will always be available at arus4d.cam/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent changes were made.

13.3  Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.
